Word on the street has it that there will be more prepaid offerings from Verizon Wireless in due time, where the army of smartphones could very well comprise of a ragtag band of BlackBerrys, the Palm Pre and Pixi Plus, as well as virtually all Android-powered handsets that Verizon has offered to date. If you’re looking for a new phone after your 2-year contract with the current carrier is up, then you might just want to consider what Verizon has on the table.
