Apple’s iPhone isn’t really a multiplayer gaming device that can be shared amongst friends in the same room, but the folks over at Griffin seem to think that it’s possible. The company has sent its PartyDock iPhone accessory to the FCC today, and it enables up to four players to enjoy games on a single iPhone. The devices includes four wireless controllers that can be used to select PartyDock games such as Midway Motors, Fishing Frenzy, and Flippin’ Frogs, with more PartyDock games to be released in the future. The PartyDock is also able to be connected to an external monitor via composite or component connections, giving you a better viewing experience. The PartyDock currently supports the iPhone 4 and iPad , though there hasn’t been any word on pricing or release date just yet.
